Oenotria Land Costa Lazaridi
The Oenotria Land Costa Lazaridi winery began operations in 2006 in Kapandriti, Attica. It consists of a complex of facilities about 10,500 m2 in size, just half an hour from the centre of Athens, with many operating capabilities that include a modern, fully equipped winery, aging cellars and a number of other spaces. Among these are museums with collections of objects, tools and machines used in winemaking and distilling from the early 17th century to today and a number of indoor and outdoor areas for hosting events.
The Oenotria Land vineyards, whose development began in 2000, consist of 20 privately owned hectares of land on the shores of Lake Marathonas and where Greek and foreign red grape varieties are organically grown.
Two of the estate’s wines come from this vineyard: Oinotria Gi Cabernet Sauvignon- Agiorgitiko and Oinotria Gi Syrah-Agiorgitiko, which have enjoyed the same high quality and commercial success as other products of Domaine Costa Lazaridis.
Visitors to Oenotria Land can tour the wine, distillate and vinegar museums and the maturation cellars, or taste award-wining wines and attend organised seminars and wine-tasting.
In addition to producing wines, Oenotria Land can also host business or social events for up to 1,800 persons. The excellent quality cuisine and services are a new activity for Domaine Costa Lazaridis provided in flawlessly designed and fully equipped conference venues and other indoor and outdoor spaces.
